| How does our system work? |

| At the shops: |
|
When you first buy goods from a participating retailer, you will be asked to present your passport for identification, and proof of non EU residency. The retailer will then issue you a tax free shopping card (in participating only) which you can keep in your purse or wallet **.
Every time you make purchases from ANY participating retailer, you simply present the card and your passport when paying for your goods; the retailer will scan the barcode or swipe the card and that is it. Your purchase history will be stored in our secure database.
No forms to fill in** and no need to worry about lost or stolen forms, and no need to return to the retailer with your receipts just to have a form issued. No lengthy queues at the customer service desks. (terms & conditions apply)
All we ask from you is that you keep all your receipts safe as you will need them at the airport to show customs. |

| At the Airport: |
|
We have refund agents at many departure points across Europe who will be happy to print your forms for you*. Just present your card and passport when you arrive at the airport. Once your forms have been printed, take them to the Customs desk together with the goods and receipts. After the forms have been stamped, you can receive a cash refund (check our partner list for details), or send the forms back to us for a credit card or cheque refund.
If you are travelling to another EU country before leaving the EU, you will need to get your forms printed in the country you are in* before departure. This can be done either:
- At the shops: Any retailer where you see the Ushop Tax Free branding.
- At the Airport: Click here for list of our refund agents at airports who can print your forms.

Register On Line: You can always register your details before you arrive in Europe. We will send you a temporary registration number via email which you can print and bring with you together with your passport to one of our participating retailers who will replace your temporary code with Tax Free Shopping Card issued by Ushop Tax Free Ltd.
